The fact is this statement yes the one in the headline is the biggest myth sold in the history of sales. To be really successful you have to provide quality service to provide service you have to focus on the task at hand. Until you decide to fire clients who seek to pay you the least amount of money to perform the most important tasks how can you provide them the kind of service they need?
Imagine you need to pay your bills and it takes you 40 hours to provide the service your client needs.
