Update: At this time I have received and apology, hopefully this is not an attempt to have me remove the truth from this site and then not pay me the $500 balance due.

Once I am paid my fair share for work performed I will do my best to remove this from the public. In a perfect world the apology could be sincere and not based on blow back received from my ability to convey information across the net.

If it was me the day I apologized I would have covered the amount owed.
City Channel – Scam Alert

Let it be known that after doing work for Steve Fecske and his new company City Channel. The issue now stands that not only am I to be disrespected but in taking the time to help him as he stated the City of Hallandale Beach is providing CRA money to his project.

While the laws of California may not apply to Florida I am not sure that after working and making excessive amounts of changes for Digital Outernet a Company Steve started in Hallandale to gain access to the city’s money.

All one has to do is use a minority in this state to set up a company and then use the city’s money to get back on track.

If you had to make changes that were not in the original agreement on a short notice and sacrificed the work scheduled for the day. Steve then turned around and pulled one of those “good old boy hey lil-nigga take what master gives you and smile” moves and stated he would pay me $75 for the work performed.

I never agreed to that payment and was disrespected after he called me on the phone speaking badly of Hallandale Beach Florida’s Commissioners, Mayor Joy Cooper and City Manager Mike Good according to Steve Fecske a bunch of stupid as idiots. He requested that I redo the header, flash intro and every reference to City Channel as those $%^& will not give the money unless the name is changed.

He then stated as soon as he gets their “The City of Hallandale Beach’s “ Money plus some more private investors cash he will change it back to City channel so keep the files.

Before I started to work he was quite happy to not only promise to pay off the balance of the actual agreement but gleefully offered to give me more money not to worry. “I’ll take care of you” was the sentiment.

After I work hard and fast to accomplish the dead:
[4:13:41 PM] Steve Fecske: star you there
[4:14:07 PM] Star Riley: Yes sir working on each reference have another person helping so it should be done soon
[4:14:46 PM] Steve Fecske: ok want to go through it page by page or would you rather do it in general and then go over it?

After agreeing to pay off the balance:
[4:37:25 PM] Star Riley: 2 people 4 pages each done. Tried to do it now so you can show them today hope that helps sending balance receipt now. (sun)
[4:37:49 PM] Steve Fecske: np = (no problem)
[4:37:51 PM] Star Riley: 300?

Later that day after several changes:
[5:00:35 PM] Star Riley: Press release updated
[5:00:56 PM] Steve Fecske: great

Communication started to break down:
[5:45:25 PM | Edited 5:45:40 PM] Star Riley: I don’t think that should matter at this stage you can hold whatever bonus you wanted to give me for changing from cc to Outernet.
[5:45:50 PM] Steve Fecske: well let’s finish the site and then I will pay you in full
[5:46:53 PM | Edited 5:47:01 PM] Star Riley: Are you serious you just requested my help outside the agreement because you had an issue and in return

Ignoring his verbal agreement to pay the balance Steve Became very disrespectful and would later attack my character, my business sense and my respect for the City Of Hallandale Beach:
[5:49:44 PM] Star Riley: flash is done already it now needs to be changed because of your issue
[5:50:14 PM] Steve Fecske: so make the change I said I’d give you an extra $75 for the changes
[5:51:05 PM] Star Riley: yeah right after the fact we made no agreement I help you in good faith pay me the 300 I will pay to change flash and we can continue.
[5:51:22 PM] Steve Fecske: it took about 20 minutes to make changes
[5:51:33 PM] Steve Fecske: and I’m willing to give you $75
[5:51:44 PM] Star Riley: because I used another person’s time and worked extra hard to help you so that is a bad thing?

So by working extra hard and fast to get the job done that was not our agreement I’m left with the feeling that I am to be painted as the bad guy in his mind. Well if anyone would like to see the 96 page Skype communication who will see a person who went above and beyond making changes to things he provide not once or twice but almost daily.

Mr. Fecske may feel that he can pull the wool over the heads of the City of Hallandale Beach but I for one feel that every member of our community should receive respect as a former resident of Hallandale beach and a person who respects the City officials I feel this outsider needs to be taught respect and appreciation of people value.
I ask anyone doing business with Mr. Fecske to let him know how much the 5 minutes it takes to upload an add to his ill gotten City Channel state sponsored “by the people of Hallandale” Business enterprise is worth.
God forbid you get an Ad and he gets it done faster than normally according to him you should get less so let’s give him less.
Who else feels that while residence of Hallandale Beach need CRA money to support long standing business should accept the ill treatment and unprofessional antics of a person who resides in California making The City Of Hallandale look Bad?
After all what city needs to fund a deal so bad as to allow other like myself who are less fortunate to be ran over by someone who really is after all just using “them “for easy financing.

As the owner of one of the highest ranking South Florida Business Network’s online I’m more than willing to move back to Hallandale and get some easy money only difference is I can and will hire and train 100’s of its citizens way easier and for a lot less headache than Steve Fecske Digital Outernet Inc.

I know real residents of Hallandale that can benefit from a real job that doesn’t need to be based on manipulation and lies. How hard is it to find a resident of Hallandale who can run a digital signage business it is not hard much less for them to partner with another resident of Florida.
