The last few days have been all day 20 plus hour effort as i help a company luanch their web efforts. Everything that could be done backwards was done and here I am on the tail end of a major debacle.

The site needed to be completed last year and resources are slim with sales bieng held up because the system itself is not in place. In the middle of this scene I am managing an outsource partner across the world. You know me I do not like companies that choose to outsource all their work instead of balancing the benefits while hiring American workers.

Traffic generation is the normal mode of operation on the net. Once you can send traffic to any site you choose you can make money with any product. I like SEO if you search for online success plan with Google I should come up in the top 10 of like 5 million all from SEO.

As far as conversion or the act of getting people to do what you want when the go to the place you send people if you are just sending your traffic to an affiliate site make sure you select one that converts well.
