Organizing your Online Success:

Online Success Organized is way easier than winging it.

Most often we attempt to get things done when not in an optimal state of being. I often attempt to do so much at the end of the day when I’m tired and barely lucid how much time it takes to get things done as I barely tap away at the keyboard I’m sure it takes me and hour for what would normally take me a few minutes.

To get the most out of limited time and resources it is best to organize our lives. The following tip and techniques are starting to have a great effect in my life and hopefully it may help you in yours.

First of all, DO HIGH-QUALITY WORK WHEN BEING FULL OF ENERGY. Go to bed early and wake up after you have gotten all the sleep you need. There’s no specific number. All people need different amounts of sleep (for me, it’s 9 hours per 24-hour period). Working tired is VERY expensive and time-consuming.

I know that many people will say “but I don’t have 9 hours to sleep!” You may need to manage your time more wisely. You are already on the right track by looking to work from home with your PC.

Here are some tips to save time:

If your job involves working with a computer, then maybe you can “steal some dead time” and do the things you need to move your business forward. Most people are “occupied” at work for about 8 hours – but they only do “real work” for 4-5.

Before you go to bed at night, note down on a piece of paper what you need to do the next day. As you do the tasks, delete them from your list. This will allow you to live your day in a more structured manner than you just “reacting” to whatever “happens”.

Make sure you stay away from other well-known time vampires like TV, telephone and Instant Messenger as much as possible. Don’t keep doing these things just because you have gotten used to them. Most people live their lives on autopilot and it’s really hard to break a bad habit once you have it. Wake up. Become conscious. Think of what you do.

Don’t check your emails 20 times a day. I know that we tend to check our emails regularly. We want to see if others care enough about us to email us. But, if time is a concern, only check your emails once a day.

Ask yourself: If I had only two hours a day to build my business, what would I be doing? I’m guessing that “reading forum threads” wouldn’t be on the list.

Get away from the freaking computer. Want a way to make more money with less work? Just plan offline. Then o to your PC and get them done.

Also, working while being hungry is VERY expensive and time-consuming. You have your mind in your stomach and not your PC. Eat properly and on schedule. Eat several times a day like a baby.

Never start your workday on an empty stomach. Although you believe that you “will eat later”, “later” won’t come simply because this marketing stuff is too addictive and interesting. Who has time for food, right?

If you already work from home full-time, make sure you take regular breaks. School classes last about 45 minutes. There’s a reason for that. The human brain starts to lose its focus after that. You probably know yourself better than anybody else. But don’t think that you are a superman (or supergirl) who can go on and on and on for 5 hours in a row.

Take a break. Go for a walk. Ride your bike. Drive your car. Watch something on TV (but don’t overdo it). Listen to some music. Eat a healthy snack. Do some exercise. Spend time with your children or spouse.

While you are working full throttle, it’s easy to estimate that you are working at your max capacity – every time you feel tired, you say “OK, I did the absolute best my body can handle”.

You are dead wrong.

There’s a reason world-class athletes take days off. Aspiring world-class webmasters should do the same as well.

Don’t just take breaks during the day. Take entire days off during the week. At least one. You won’t believe how refreshed you will feel – and how many good ideas you will be able to come up with once you do get back to work.

If you don’t take days off, your brain is almost certainly under functioning. Don’t let that happen to you.

As we enter another series of uncertain times aren’t all times uncertain?

Historically speaking the first Black Presidential nominee and or a Woman as Vice-President of America are the only choices on the ballot. What this means is no matter what party wins history will be made.

700 billion dollar bail-out of the financial industry and America is still in a precarious situation al hinging on how the average day to day American reacts. If we panic and run in the belief it’s all doom and gloom then we sabotage the potential for pulling thru this new uncertain times.

Many people I know are finding comfort in the fact that there is money making online and they follow online success plans to bolster their off line finances.

It is true that money cannot buy everything but of course, there are advantages when you have enough or much money. You could be able to meet your needs and provide the needs of those people who depend on you. These fast and demanding times, you have to see to it that you are good at handling money.

You must treat the value of every amount of money you use or spend. Just like all the rest of your belongings, there are reminders that would let you keep your money in such a way that you will not have a tough time doing budgets and there would be no instance that you would worry about lacking money or the like.

There are things to do in order to achieve that certain phase of your life when money is an asset and it is at its most useful time as well.

• Live life the way your resources could cater to your needs
• Plan your expenditures. Watch your plan.

- Prepare budget showing how much you would spend for a month and even for as short as a week.

• Do not throw away those receipts and other paper big or small just to remind you if you would be spending more or it is all enough.

• Do not rely on too much credit card. For now, they may speak to you words of assurance but actually they could be very threatening if misused.

• Live a less extravagant way of living. See to it that your habits are not causing you to spend a lot.

• Be a critical-thinker. Avoid panic buying and think well before buying products.

• Keep yourself healthy for as you get sick, you get to spend a lot too for medical needs.

• Avoid gambling. It would just push you to venture on spending more and more.

When you follow these reminders, it would surely lead you to better results. You would surely live a financially stable life. You have to watch out your expenses. Money is indeed an advantageous asset but having it would really be big responsibility as well.

You would not want to lose anything you want, do you?

The last few days have been all day 20 plus hour effort as i help a company luanch their web efforts. Everything that could be done backwards was done and here I am on the tail end of a major debacle.

The site needed to be completed last year and resources are slim with sales bieng held up because the system itself is not in place.
